DENVER, Colo (AP) Those sales are already up more than 50 percent from a year ago. One possible reason for the uptick in sales, according to the Journal; there were nine prime holiday travel days last year; this year, there are at least 11. Those extra days may make it easier for families to travel farther distances, and stay at their destinations longer.
