GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. -- At least two people are on their way to the hospital after an apparent stabbing incident.
Mesa County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to Dike Road and D 3/4 Road around 4:10 p.m. Saturday afternoon. That's located near the Connected Lakes behind the Redlands Albertson's.
Authorities say an argument turned into a fight and at least one person was stabbed. Two men were transported to the hospital for their injuries.
Our crew on scene reports a couple of dogs were also taken by Mesa County Animal Services.
The case remains under investigation at this time and authorities are not releasing any other details.
