MONTROSE, Colo. (KKCO) After mechanical issues closed the Montrose Aquatic Center's pool over the weekend, it is now open for business.
Because of an elevated chlorine level the pool had to be re-balanced and the pulsar unit that regulates the chlorine level had to be replaced. Workers at the pool also identified a broken lateral allowing sand to leak into the pool, but they haven't decided to replace or repair the lateral yet.
