GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) -- Murder charges have now been filed against a man initially accused of identity theft after he used the victim's credit cards.
Aaron Ungles was originally charged with theft and identity fraud after the murder of Rigoberto Luna last month.
Now, he's accused as an accomplice in the death, along with Sadie Camis and Nathan Dennis.
Ungles' arrest affidavit has been sealed, and officials aren't releasing any additional details.
But he now faces first degree murder, aggravated robbery and violent crime charges.
Dennis' arrest affidavit says he strangled Luna with lug wrench on Oct. 21 after Luna had reportedly been making unwanted advances toward Camis.
Luna's mostly stripped body was dumped in a wooded area on Orchard Mesa.
