SYRIA (NBC News) According to eyewitnesses, the United Nations inspection team has arrived on the scene of last Wednesday's alleged chemical attack that reportedly killed hundreds on the outskirts of Damascus.

The U.N. said one of their vehicles was damaged by fire from unknown gunmen, temporarily halting their progress.

As the world waits to hear the team's findings, NBC's Richard Engel traveled into Syria on Monday where he heard locals say they're concerned more chemical attacks could be on their way.
