"It's about service, we found ourselves really complaining about levels of service across the entire Western Slope. There are some pockets of really amazing service, but we really want to do something about the pieces together what we think aren't doing a good job", said Sue Hansen, of Western Business Alliance of Colorado.
The Western Business Alliance and other partners have organized the Western Colorado Hospitality Summit for October 24th and 25th.
