BOULDER, Colo (KKCO) President Obama will be visiting the University of Colorado campus Sunday. He is expected to speak on the Norlin Quad between 11am and 1pm. In addition to security checkpoints, there will be several road closures and other strict rules for entering the campus. That's according to the Boulder Daily Camera.
