GRAND JUNCTION, Colo (KKCO) Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney and running mate Paul Ryan have a bus that kicked off for a four day tour around Colorado. Though Romney and Ryan won't be on the bus; campaign managers say the tour will highlight governor Romney's plan to strengthen the middle class. If you would like to attend; there is a stop in Mesa and Montrose counties Sunday. First, it's a stop at the Montrose Republican Headquarters at 3:45pm. State Representative Don Coram will be on site. Next, it's over to the Mesa County Victory Office where State Representative Ray Scott and Senator Steve King will be in attendance. This event starts at 6:45 p-m.

You will be able to recognize the Romney bus, as it has a dog on it's roof.

As the story goes, Romney and his family, along with the family dog, were driving in their car on a vacation trip and the family dog was misbehaving in the car. Romney put the dog in his carrier and tied it to the roof of the car. I was not a witness to this event, so I do not know if it is true or not. I hope it was not true.

I'm sure it's true--but only to the idiots who want to believe it.
