Longmont, Colo. (AP) -- Digitalglobe Inc. is revising some of the
terms of a tender offer to buy 10.5 percent senior secured notes
due 2014 and a related consent solicitation. This includes extending the tender offer to October 25th from October 19th and pushing the consent payment deadline to October 11th from Tuesday. Digitalglobe, which collects satellite and aerial images that are used for defense and intelligence, mapping, environmental monitoring and other uses, said Monday that about $50.4 million of the notes had been validly tendered and not withdrawn as of Friday. This is approximately 15.2 percent of the outstanding principal amount. The Longmont, Colo., company's stock fell 53 cents, or 2.7 percent, to $18.90 in afternoon trading.
