Man Convicted of Falsely Accusing Attorney General

Fort Collins, Colo. (AP)- A man who accused Colorado Attorney General John Suthers of poking him in the chest has been convicted
of false reporting. Robert Tucker was sentenced to 150 hours of public service and fined $200 after being convicted today of the misdemeanor charge. The Loveland Reporter-Herald reports that a Larimer County jury deliberated 40 minutes before reaching a verdict.
