Fertilizer Plant Explosion 1 year Anniversary

West, Texas Thursday marked the 1 year anniversary of the deadly fertilizer plant explosion at the West Fertilizer Storage and Distribution Center, which killed 15 people in West, Texas.

The explosion which happened just two days after the Boston Marathon bombing, took the lives of 12 firefighters who were responding to the initial fire at the plant and 3 plant workers.

The day was marked with a memorial service were friends and families of the victims gathered.

Many of the people whose homes were lost in the explosion are starting to be rebuilt and many are expected to move in, in the next few months.
