JERUSALEM (AP) -- Mitt Romney's support for Israel will likely earn the presumptive Republican presidential nominee a warm welcome from Israeli leaders when he meets with them on Sunday.

The visit is part of a three-nation foreign tour that includes Britain and Poland. He hopes the trip will boost his credentials to direct U.S. national security and diplomacy.

Romney, a longtime friend of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, is expected to play up his critique of President Barack Obama's posture toward the Jewish state and his handling of Iran's suspected nuclear weapons ambitions.

In Israel, Romney will be meeting with Netanyahu, Defense Minister Ehud Barak, Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, President Shimon Peres and Israeli opposition leaders.

He will not see Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, but will meet with the Palestinian prime minister in Jerusalem.

Romney is likely to receive a frosty reception because Palestinians fear he would do little to advance their stalled statehood dreams.

In an effort to upstage Romney before his visit to Israel, the White House announced it was signing legislation expanding military and civilian cooperation with Israel.

Mormonism is no stranger than whatever it is that Barry believes: Black Liberation Theology? Islam? Nothing? His own godlike powers? Instead of focusing on this junk, you ought to be thinking about those new EPA, DHS, and IRS/Healthcare regulations that will start remodeling your life. You might try to decide if you prefer freedom or food stamps. But maybe that's too tough a decision for some of you.

Mormonism is as freaky as Christianity, Hindi, Islam and all the other mythologies, I hear what you are saying, I also hear what you are saying about the RICE rule, carbon capture, waters of the US, etc in regards to the EPA. In addition to obamacare. But maybe focus on things within my control, which is? Overturning proposed rules or regulation? Deciding who the front range will give the go ahead to for the presidency? There is actually nothing that you have mentioned which is under my control to change, so what exactly is your point? That we have no control or choice? Is that it? Thanks forpointing something out that I have always known.

Well, being a moron, oops I meant Mormon, he is an exclusive relative of the Israelites, you see, two of the seven tribes of Israel traveled across the ocean to north America, these 2 tribes became the laminates and the nephites. The laminates are the native Americans, ignore science that says genetically native Americans come from Asian stock. The laminates killed the nephites, until the return of a great king, nephi, who led the charlatan joe smith to upstate new York where he found the golden tablets under a rock and could decode them with his magic glasses, thereby starting the biggest fraud of modern religion. The tablets were bought by joe, they were Egyptian in Origen, and to his uneducated, brainwashed followers, they were sold as "from god" sheer genius. Joe was eventually shot dead. Truth is stranger than fiction eh? So, Romney is just communing with his kin.
