More than 2 dozen tombstones vandalized

FOUNTAIN, Colo. (AP) -- Fountain residents are keeping a close eye on the city cemetery after more than two dozen tombstones were vandalized.

Authorities say the vandalism began at the beginning of this month. Some of the tombstones date back to the 1800's.

According to KKTV-TV, some of the historical tombstones could cost $10,000 to $15,000 to repair.
