Lakewood, Colo. (AP) A dry march slowed the accumulation of the mountain snows that provide much of Colorado's water, but snow depths still remain well above average.

The Federal Natural Resources Conservation Service says the statewide snowpack was 123 percent of average on monday, down from 135 percent the month before.

It was 122 percent of average as of yesterday.
