I–70 at Glenwood Canyon is now reopened in both directions. Crews are finished cleaning up several accidents between mile markers 116 and 133.
Around 7:45 last night up to four vehicles were involved in a crash on both directions of the highway. Trooper sullivan says two of them were semi trucks. He says two people are confirmed dead.
Other injuries are unknown.
State Trooper Ryan Sullivan tells us the all–clear had not been given as of 3:30 this morning and that crews were still cleaning up around midnight.
He also said that investigators said they would be on scene for a while at that point.
