Denver (AP) Two Denver men and a teenager face attempted first-degree murder charges in a shooting last month in a north-Denver neighborhood that injured an 8-month-old girl and her father.
The Denver District Attorney’s office said Monday that 24-year-old Lonnell Pyles, 21-year-old Daswjaun Goode and 16-year-old Tredon Davis also face first-degree assault, aggravated robbery and menacing charges.
Prosecutors allege the three entered the victims’ home on Jan. 25, and an altercation ensued that resulted in shots being fired. The baby and her 31-year-old father were injured. Their names were not released.
All three suspects remain in the Denver County Jail. Davis’ bail was set at $250,000, while Pyles and Goode each are being held on $75,000 bail.
