Denver (AP) Gov. Bill Ritter has issued an Executive Order telling state agencies to post the state's revenue and spending records on the internet.
Ritter said yesterday citizens should have free and meaningful access to the state's financial information.
Ritter says not all financial information will be available, however.
He says some information, including individual spending on state credit cards, needs to remain confidential to protect the privacy, safety and security of state employees.
