Colorado is getting more than $400,000 dollars to help educate people about their Medicare benefits.
Officials say the funding will ensure local governments and groups can meet the needs of Medicare beneficiaries and educate them about their health care choices.
The health care counseling is usually done in person, at homes, and at events around the state.
Colorado's grant is part of $35.8 million being distributed nationwide.
