Denver (AP) - Gov. Bill Ritter is preparing to sign two of the top job-creation and business-development bills this session.
The bipartisan bills being signed into law Monday will provide tax incentives to companies that create new jobs, and strengthen job-training programs with industry and community colleges.
The measures include a measure that gives businesses that create at least 20 jobs a five-year income tax credit and a bill that strengthens the relationship between businesses, industry and community colleges by improving job training and retraining programs.
