Now that the legislative session is over there's speculation as to what Senator Josh Penry will do next. Will he run for governor?

11 News asked the lawmaker today what he thought of current Governor Bill Ritter and where his plans to run for governor go from here.

He said of Ritter, “He is fundamentally vulnerable. I think for me now personally, I've gotta sit down with the family and make the hard choices whether or not it makes sense as a family for us to move forward, but it's clear there are very real opportunities."

Former Republican U.S. Representative Scott McInnis has also expressed interest in running for governor next year.
