Colorado Springs, Colo. (AP) - Colorado Springs police say they are looking for a man who took money and a wallet from a 62-year-old man he was pretending to help.

Police say the man was crossing a street in Colorado Springs Sunday morning when he fell and hit his head on the pavement and a man in his 20s ran over to help.

But police say that instead of helping, the man took some of the victim's belongings and ran away.

The victim's name was not released and it wasn't immediately known how much money was taken from him. Police say he was treated at the scene for scrapes and bruises he suffered from his fall.
