Two little girls are expected to be okay after a semi crash between Montrose and Delta Friday afternoon.
The crash happened around 3:45pm on Highway 50 near mile marker 76.
The Colorado State Patrol says 64-year-old Walter Steed was driving a semi truck eastbound in the left lane when he tried to change lanes and side swiped a car carrier. Both vehicles skidded into the median. No one was injured including Steed's nine and ten-year-old daughters.
Steed, of Utah, was ticketed for making an unsafe lane change.
