DENVER (AP) -_ How easy is it for Coloradans to see how their stimulus dollars are being spent?

They're announcing Wednesday that Colorado ranks second in a national survey of how well state Web sites explain how stimulus dollars are being spent.
Colorado ranks second on overall transparency and third at transportation spending.
The Colorado Public Interest Research Group is announcing details on Colorado's transparency.
