Club 20's big fall meeting right around the corner

Governor Bill Ritter and Senator Michael Bennet will highlight Club 20's annual fall meeting.

Organizers say internationally-recognized speaker Amory Lovins will also be part of the Western Slope meeting.

Senator Bennet will kick off the meeting with a "Washington update."

Lovins, from the Rocky Mountain Institute, will discuss profitable, business-led solutions to climate change, energy security and nuclear proliferation.

Lovins was named by Time Magaizine as one of 2009's 100 most influential people in the world.

The meeting is September 12 at Two River's Convention Center in Grand Junction.
