SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The Utah Highway Patrol will conduct a seat-belt enforcement blitz over the Thanksgiving holiday.
Troopers say they can cite anyone under 19 for failing to buckle up. Adults also can be ticketed, but only if troopers find another moving offense to cite.
Troopers also will be enforcing requirements for special car or booster seats for all children under eight.
