VAIL, Colo. (AP) - A man accused of killing a man and wounding three others after he was escorted out of a bar in Colorado has been charged with first-degree murder.

Eagle County District Attorney Mark Hurlbert says 63-year-old Richard "Rossi" Moreau also was charged Monday with second-degree assault and two counts each of attempted murder, first-degree assault and menacing in connection with the shooting in Vail.

Carbondale physician Gary Bruce Kitching was killed and three people, one of whom remains hospitalized in Denver, were wounded in the shooting Nov. 7.

Moreau's public defender Dana Christiansen had no comment Monday.

Moreau, who has described himself as a New Hampshire native, is being held without bond in Eagle County.
