ASPEN, Colo (KKCO) Armstrong took part in the "Power Of Four" mountain bike competition in Aspen. He announced Thursday that he's dropping his legal battle with the USADA over allegations of illegal substance use. The agency has recommended that Armstrong be stripped of his seven Tour De France titles. Armstrong maintained his innocence, but said it's time to give up and move on.
