CU: Holmes had federal grant to study neuroscience

AURORA, Colo. (KKCO) University officials say Holmes was one of six neuroscience students at the school to get National Institutes of Health grant money. Officials didn't confirm how much money he got. The NIH says the university decides who gets the grants. Criteria for receiving the grant wasn't immediately clear. The university says Holmes enrolled in the program last year and was withdrawing. Officials say Holmes didn't indicate why he was withdrawing.

I think that they are implying that the suspect had a federal grant to study neuroscience. At least that is what I got out of the article.

So what? Are you implying that this, too, is Obama's fault? The shooter was evidently brilliant, if not gifted, even if he was not mentally stable. What a waste, all the way around!
