Car goes 120 feet over Vail Pass

VAIL, Colo. (AP) -- Emergency crews have rescued two people after their car fell 120 feet down Vail Pass into 8 feet of snow.

Authorities were called for help Wednesday after a car lost control and went through a guardrail and over the edge of the pass.

Crews worked more than two hours to rescue the victims, who were trapped in the vehicle. The two people were taken to the hospital, where they were reported in serious condition.
