DENVER (AP) -- A 37-year-old man accused of shooting his estranged wife to death in front of a Denver home has been charged with first-degree murder.
Prosecutors say Genaro Rodela shot 24-year-old Maria Rodela in the Globeville neighborhood Sunday night before turning the gun on himself. He was treated at a hospital and is being held in the Denver County jail without bond.
The Denver Post reports (http://bit.ly/10oKavI) he is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
