DENVER (AP) -- The second of three suspects accused in the killings of five people and a cover-up fire at a Denver bar is due in court.

Lynell Hill was ordered to return to face a judge on Friday to hear the possible charges against him after public defenders said they had a conflict of interest representing another suspect in the case.

Dexter Lewis stood silently in court on Thursday as he was advised of the potential charges against him.

Lewis, Hill and his brother Joseph are facing murder and arson charges in the killing of five people at a bar that was then set on fire to hide the crime on Wednesday.
