COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) -- Authorities say a dead body and a methamphetamine lab were found in a home near Monument north of Colorado Springs.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Department says the discoveries were made Wednesday.

Deputies went to the home with an arrest warrant for a man on probation, but the reason for the warrant wasn't immediately known.

Investigators say the identity of the victim won't be released until relatives are notified.

Deputies say there were no indications of foul play and an autopsy found no obvious signs of trauma. Officials are awaiting the results of tests for drugs and alcohol.

Investigators haven't said if the dead man was the person they were looking for.
