Glacier ice arena for sale

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) The arena shut down over two years ago due to a faulty ice refrigerator system that was installed by a Canadian company. The arena's owners sued the company through
Canadian court and won the lawsuit. However, the money couldn't cover two years worth of expenses while the arena was closed. The glacier is listed with commercial realtor Theresa Enlglebracht at Coldwell Banker Home Owners Realty. A press conference is being held at the arena Monday morning.

KKCO, please join us in the 21st century. We've had two letter abbreviations for states since I was a kid. It's CO not Colo.

The City should buy it and put thousands of dollars into repairs. They are number one when it comes to spending money on a lame duck project.

Turn the place into a skating rink just like rainbow roller rink or something fun for kids/teenagers to do!!
