LYONS, Colo. (AP) Gov. John Hickenlooper and Colorado Department of Transportation will be at a canyon just outside of the city of Lyons to mark the opening of Colorado Highway 7.
The highway is reopening between Lyons and Raymond.
About 485 miles of highways were destroyed or damaged by flooding.
In all, 27 highways were closed.
The state had set a goal of reopening all damaged highways by Dec. 1.
