Man convited of killing male escort in GJ sentenced to 10 years

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. Bill Delacey was convicted and sentenced for the murder of 26-year old male escort Luis Alberto Vasquez Oliva who went by the name of “Beto”.

Delacey pleaded guilty to reckless man slaughter and was sentenced to 10 years at the Department of Corrections with credit for 642 days served.

Delacey was extradited from Pennsylvania after he was indicted in the death of the male escort. Investigators say Delacey was the last person to see Olivia alive after he met him at the man's apartment for a massage.

Delacey faced eight charges including sexual exploitation and theft. All other charges were dropped.
