Man found dead on Vail Pass

SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. Colorado State Patrol found a man dead in the sleeper berth of a running truck near Vail Pass.

At approximately 1:38 p.m. on Monday CSP responded to a motorsist assist on eastbound I-70 at milepost 190. The responding trooper observed a truck tractor and trailer belonging to Paul Terry Trucking parked on the shoulder of the roadway.

After several attempts to establish contact with any possible occupants of the running vehicle, the trooper entered the truck tractor.

62 year-old Jeff Robison of Filmore, Utah was found dead in the sleeper berth.

Robison had been dead for several hours at the time of discovery, and he was the only occupant of the vehicle.

The vehicle had not been in a crash, and while the cause of death is under investigation foul play is not suspected.
