WESTMINSTER, Colo. (AP) -- A year after a 10-year-old Westminster girl was abducted on her way to school and killed, a park where she used to play is being formally dedicated to her memory.
A big turnout is expected Saturday morning for the ceremony at Jessica Ridgeway Memorial Park.
The remodeled park, near Jessica's home, will include slides and a swing set in her favorite color, purple.
Earlier this week, the teen accused of killing her, 18-year-old Austin Sigg, pleaded guilty to all counts against him just before he was to go on trial. He'll be sentenced in November.
