DENVER, Colo. – The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission will travel to Alamosa for its April meeting on Thursday Apr. 11 and Friday Apr. 12. Commissioners will tour the Native Aquatic Species Hatchery, approve state trail grants for 2013 and receive an update on hunter and angler trends in Colorado.
This meeting will be held at the Inn of Rio Grande at 333 Santa Fe Avenue in Alamosa. A full schedule for April is listed online by clicking on the link below.
The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission sets regulations and policies for Colorado’s state parks and wildlife programs. The commission meets monthly and travels to several communities. They are scheduled to travel to Grand Junction in the coming months.
