NORTHGLENN, Colo. (AP) -- Authorities say they have arrested a woman suspected of driving a get-away car that knocked down a witness after three puppies were stolen from a suburban Denver pet store.

Police say 19-year-old Khristina Hamai was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of hit-and-run, theft and other charges.

No phone listing could be found for Hamai.

Police are still looking for two men suspected of stealing the puppies on Nov. 7 from the Puppies `n' Stuff store in Northglenn.

Authorities say a witness followed the men to a waiting vehicle, which clipped and knocked down the witness as it drove away.

The witness was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

A German shepherd and two Maltese puppies were stolen.
