DENVER, Colo (KKCO) So far, West Nile cases have been reported in Adams, Arapahoe, Delta, Douglas, Fremont, Mesa, Montrose, Morgan and Weld Counties. So far this year, more than 1,100 cases have been reported across the country. That's according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. That's the highest number of reported cases at this time of the year since the virus was first detected in the U.S. back in 1999.
