Wolf fire continues burning near Craig

NEAR CRAIG, Colo (KKCO) As of 6 pm Saturday evening, fire crews were able to establish a fire line. Two single engine air tankers were dropping retardant while crews on the ground worked the fire's edge. Access to water has been an issue for crews; a helicopter has been dipping out of the white river, about 10 miles away from the Wolf fire. The fire is located five miles south of Elk Springs off Highway 40 in Moffat county. As of Saturday evening, it's 10% contained.
