Families enjoy a spring day on the farm at Cross Orchards Historic Site

Updated: 05/02/2015 - Hundreds of families took advantage of the warm weather by going to the "Spring Day on the Farm" event at the Cross Orchards Historic Site. The farm has been around since the late 1890's. Kids and adults had a chance to see blacksmithing demonstrations, look at the old tractors, pet the baby farm animals, and everyone's favorite – eat fresh cookies that were baked on a wood stove.
