School given all clear after 'suspicious' item at nearby apartment

Updated: 08/20/2015 - Rocky Mountain Elementary School was put on shelter in place Thursday morning out of an abundance of caution. Law enforcement in the surrounding area found what they'll only describe as suspicious items and decided to shelter the school. The School District stresses everyone inside the school was safe.
