STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. (KKCO) -- The Olathe Pirates began the 2010 season the same way they did the previous two seasons: with a dominant performance. They beat 3A state runner-up Steamboat Springs 36-0 on Friday night.

The game was originally supposed to be played on Saturday, August 28th, but was moved up due to the weather forecast.

The Pirates (1-0) will play their home opener on Friday, September 10th against Florence.
