OLATHE, Colo. - The target is now on the Olathe Pirates backs as they begin their state title defense in the 2009 season.
The Pirates finished last season with a perfect 14-0 record on the way to an overtime state championship victory over Erie High School 22-21. And this year the Pirates feel they have the right chemistry to do it all over again.
The title defense begins on Friday, September 4 against the Eagle Valley Devis at Olathe High School.
