GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Olathe Pirates dominated Steamboat Springs 43-13 and looked like the 2010 State Champions from last year.
The Pirates got off to a fast start with a 40-yard gain on their first play of the season, but they fumbled the ball away two plays later. Olathe eventually got the ball back and Ben Kaylor found Taylor Carlson in the endzone for the first score of the year.
