Olathe Pirates sweep Coal Ridge at home

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The Olathe Pirates held off the Coal Ridge Titans in girls and boys hoops on Friday night.

The girls (11-1, 7-1) defeated Coal Ridge 54-42. Emily Brummitt led the Pirates with 18 points, and Morgan Stansberry jump-started the offense by scoring Olathe's first 12 points.

The boys (8-7, 5-2) edged out the Titans 55-51. As a team, Olathe went 10-12 from the line in the fourth to propel them to their fifth WSL win.
