GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO)-- The No. 5 Olathe girls won a closer-than-expected game against No. 28 Bayfield 72-66 on Friday night.
With the win, the girls advance to the next round of the 3A Regional Tournament. They will host Machebeuf on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m.
The No. 28 boy Pirates were unable to salvage a victory on the road. They lost 44-37 to No. 5 Pagosa Springs to end their season.
