PALISADE, CO. - Bernadette Pitre scored 20 points as the Lady Bulldogs handed the Battle Mountain Huskies a 71-35 loss on Friday night. The boys followed with a 78-43 win in the second game.
Holly Odneal pitched in 14 points for Palisade in a game the Lady Bulldogs controlled from the begining.
The boys struggled to find their scoring stroke in the first half, heading to the break with a 27-17 lead. In the second they nearly doubled that output. Dropping 51 points to blow out the Huskies 78-51 at Palisade High School.
Both the boys and girls are in action Saturday at Eagle Valley.
