PALISADE, Colo. - The Montrose Indians boys basketball team got 41 points from just two players on their way to a 74-56 win over the Palisade Bulldogs on Tuesday night.
Mac Alexander scored 21 points and Tim Koski added 20 to lead the Montrose to an 18-point win in the Southwestern League matchup. Jeremy Hayden led the Bulldogs with 22 points.
The Bulldogs boys and girls host Rifle on Friday.
Montrose got 17 points from Katie Abel and 14 points from Rachel Hansen to lead the Indians to a 37 point lead over the Palisade girls. Holly Odneal paced the Bulldogs with 12 points in the 70-33 loss.
